Busy neighborhood bistro in upper NW looking for inspired, motivated and experienced chef.
The right candidate will bring 5+ years of fine dining experience that includes creating and executing menus, running busy service, managing food and labor costs, and inspiring a team of developing cooks.
You will have significant input into menu development, collaborating closely with a hands-on management team. You will be responsible for managing vendors, scheduling BOH staff, maintaining food and labor costs.
