Position Details:
Schedule: Wednesday through Sunday, with occasional additional days for conferences and special events
Responsibilities: Prepare and present high-quality dishes, collaborate with the chef on menu development, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure food quality and presentation standards

What We’re Looking For:
Minimum of 2 years of restaurant experience with culinary expertise in a professional setting
Proficiency in food preparation, cooking, and food handling, including strong knife skills and meal prep abilities
Experience in fine dining or high-volume kitchen environments
A passion for farm-to-table cuisine and sustainability
Creativity and a desire to contribute to a menu that celebrates regional flavors
Team-oriented attitude with dedication to hospitality and guest satisfaction
