Port Royal is a new Caribbean-inspired lounge opening February 2026 in Washington, DC. We are currently hiring front and back of house team members, with a strong focus on finding an experienced chef with deep knowledge of authentic Jamaican and Caribbean cuisine.
Chef candidates should be comfortable preparing traditional Jamaican dishes, working in a fast-paced kitchen, and helping shape the menu and kitchen standards for a new concept. Chef pay ranges from $23–$30/hour, depending on experience.
Additional positions are also available across front and back of house. Rates for non-chef roles will be determined based on experience and position.
