Key Responsibilities:

- Sales & Upselling:
Actively promote our daily pizza specials, signature pies, and combo deals. Use your natural sales talent to suggest add-ons like sides, drinks, and desserts that perfectly complement our pizzas.
- Transaction Management:
Operate our point-of-sale system with precision, handling cash and card transactions quickly and accurately to keep the line moving smoothly.
- Menu Expertise:
Stay updated on our pizza varieties, toppings, and special offers. Confidently answer guest questions and offer recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
- Team Collaboration:
Work closely with kitchen staff, delivery drivers, and management to ensure efficient service, especially during peak hours.
- Cleanliness & Organization:
Maintain a tidy and welcoming front-of-house area. Keep the cashier station organized and ensure all supplies are stocked.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer-facing role, preferably within a restaurant or fast-casual environment, is a plus.
- Personality:
Must be highly energetic, outgoing, and passionate about creating memorable customer experiences. A natural sales mindset is essential.
- Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while paying attention to detail.
- Flexibility:
