Shift: Wed to Saturday, 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM
e are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-service-oriented Host to join our team for evening shifts. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring they have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, social environment and enjoys interacting with people.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with a friendly attitude.
Manage reservations and coordinate seating arrangements to optimize flow.
Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
Handle guest inquiries, waitlist management, and special requests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
Communicate effectively with the serving and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
Answer phone calls, take reservations, and handle take-out orders as needed.
