Filomena has long been a staple of the culinary scene in DC. Now we are expanding, and opening the Filomena Emporium, a Gourmet Italian market as well.
We are looking for an eager and professional candidate to help manage the Emporium team in tandem with the General Manager.
Candidates must be able to:
Over see and supervise a team of at least 3 staff per shift
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Emporium.
Ensure accuracy of carry out orders
Be eligible to acquire a Food Handler’s license
Oversee the basic operation of the Emporium alongside the General Manager
