Position Overview:
An upscale restaurant in the heart of Alexandria’s Old Town is seeking a polished, experienced Fine Dining Server to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
Provide impeccable table service, ensuring guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and delivering personalized recommendations.
Expertly guide guests through our menu and wine offerings, making pairing suggestions to enhance their dining experience.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the menu, including daily specials, and accommodate special dietary requests with professionalism.
Collaborate closely with kitchen staff and other team members to deliver seamless service.
Handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections and work areas.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality settings.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktail pairings.
Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
A team-oriented mindset and a dedication to providing outstanding guest experiences.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
