AJ Fryers is looking for an outstanding person to setup, cook, take orders and help serve customers between Frederick County and Montgomery County which the food truck truck is based. Some food service experience is helpful, but any food truck experience will be great. The truck can be a fast paced environment that runs summer, fall, winter, can be loud, very busy and crowded so food truck staff needs to be able to be prepared working challenging environments. This is 100% a customer service position, Staff is expected to share opening/closing duties (and cleaning) as well as help with food prep, and cook in between rushes. Pay for employees is $16 to $20 per hour. We are seeking part time staff 4 to 8 hours days.
Responsibilities:
Typical weekday events are 3pm to 8pm
Weekends often run 4pm to 8pm or10am to 8pm (events
Be able to work evenings during the week and have weekend availability
prior experience preferred but not mandatory
Read and comprehend tickets as they come through
Look presentable and may be hygienic at all times
Cleaning the food truck during the shift
Have a nice attitude!
