The Commons Fooderie in Fairfax is looking for a dedicated, passionate, and motivated Full-Time Supervisor to help us deliver outstanding service and create a welcoming environment for our customers. Located in the heart of Fairfax City near George Mason University, The Commons Fooderie is a local favorite for fresh, delicious food served with a smile.
Responsibilities
As a Supervisor, you will:
-Lead daily operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service.
-Train, motivate, and support team members to provide top-notch customer experiences.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
-Manage inventory and oversee ordering to ensure stock levels meet demand.
-Open and close the store, including handling cash and balancing the register.
-Collaborate with the management team to implement new ideas and improvements.
-Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly with a positive attitude.
-Assist with scheduling, performance evaluations, and fostering a fun, team-oriented atmosphere.

Qualifications
-Experience in the foodservice industry, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
-Strong organizational and communication skills.
-A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for great customer service.
-Ability to work full-time, including some weekends and evenings.
