Seeking a General Manager that will lead the Operations, Sales, and Marketing functions. This person will be responsible for delivering revenues and profits, by developing, marketing, financing, and providing appealing hospitality service, and managing staff. Your salary will be based on experience

Ingredients you will bring to the table:

2+ years of GM or equivalent related experience as an operations manager in a hospitality related business.

Process improvement; strategic planning

Managing profitability

Cost accounting functional knowledge

Developing budgets; financial planning and strategy.

Ability to perform all job duties and responsibilities.

Requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Must have expertise in profitability analysis and budgeting.

Exhibits strong problem-solving skills in long term and immediate situations.

Must be able to commit a 50 hour on site work week.

Fully understand and embody BND can-do attitude, demonstrating a level of passion and dedication where no task is beneath you.

Demonstrated experience with decision making, process improvement, strategic planning, customer focus, management proficiency, managing profitability, quality control.
