Our baristas & cashiers will require a flexible schedule Wednesday through Sunday, especially on the weekends. Open availability preferred. We're closed on Monday/Tuesday for work/life balance.
YOU WILL
- Deliver impeccable hospitality to our guests and your coworkers
- Make delicious and quality drinks and assorted toppings made in house (barista)
- Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Share your new knowledge of tea base with our guests and get them excited about the Bobapop menu
- Be authentic, transparent, and create genuine relationships and conversations
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Work opening/closing store duties such as cleaning the kitchen, mopping, and taking out trash
YOU ARE
- Passionate about creating experiences for others and constantly seeking new ways to go above and beyond
- Experienced in food and beverage or fast paced retail environments (barista)
- Willing to learn new skills and share your knowledge with our guests and the team
- Maintains regular and punctual attendance
- Comfortable working both as a team and independently.
