We are seeking an experienced and passionate Cantonese Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in traditional Cantonese cooking techniques and have a strong understanding of Cantonese ingredients, flavors, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Cantonese dishes.
Ensure high standards of food quality, flavor, and presentation.
Manage food preparation and cooking timelines to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.

Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Cantonese Cook or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Cantonese cooking techniques, ingredients, and culinary traditions.

Ability to speak Cantonese is a plus.
