Description:
A private Hotel property is seeking energetic, enthusiastic, and dynamic individuals with superior customer service skills for FULL-TIME and PART-TIME roles as Hotel Doorman/ Concierge in a luxury property.
Successful candidate must easily be able to interact with members and guests in a confident, courteous, and pleasant manner. Strong computer literacy and multitasking are essential. This position required attention to detail, reliability, thoroughness, and an "it's my pleasure" attitude.
The Hotel Doorman /Concierge is responsible for the overall satisfaction of members and guests by offering warm and friendly assistance, providing convenient amenities, and executing daily tasks in accordance with their requests and within property operation guidelines and reports directly to their Manager
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome, using their name when possible with warmth and professionalism as they arrive at the property
Provide assistance to members & guests as needed, including offering directions and answering inquiries.
Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Hotel Doorman /Concierge or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
A friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to handle challenging situations with grace and professionalism.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.
