Olive Lebanese Eatery is a vibrant and welcoming establishment where the rich flavors of Lebanese cuisine come to life. We pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional dining experience to our customers, and we are looking for a passionate and dedicated Kitchen Assistant and Barista/Cashier to join our team. We are excited to be opening in Herndon and are currently looking for staff for this exciting opportunity. Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, beverages, and Lebanese food items to our customers.
Take customer orders and deliver food and beverages to tables.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
Collaborate with staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a barista or server is preferred but not required. (Barista Position)
Previous experience in a restaurant scratch kitchen preferred by not required (kitchen Position)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Positive attitude and a team player.
Flexibility to work various shifts, no weekends or holidays!
A passion for coffee and a love for Lebanese cuisine are a plus!
