About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The Line Cook will play a key role in preparing high-quality dishes according to our recipes and standards, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and cleanliness in the kitchen. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for food and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.
Assist with food preparation (chopping, marinating, portioning) as directed.
Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures.
Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
Monitor food quality and freshness, reporting any issues to the kitchen supervisor or chef.
Assist with inventory management by reporting low stock or waste.
Uphold a safe and respectful work environment.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or similar role preferred.
Knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety practices.
Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
