Job Description:
As a Restaurant Line Cook, you will play a key role in the preparation and execution of our menu items to the chef’s specifications, setting up stations for menu items, and helping with daily tasks.
Responsibilities include:
Preparing high-quality, delicious dishes following standardized recipes.
Cooking and plating dishes according to established presentation standards.
Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels of ingredients.
Adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
Assisting in the development and refinement of menu items.
Contributing to a positive and collaborative kitchen atmosphere.
