Job Description:
Tpoari Restaurant is seeking a dedicated and energetic Bar Back to join our dynamic team. As a Bar Back, you will play a vital role in supporting our bartenders and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
Assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks efficiently.
Stock the bar with supplies, including glassware, mixers, and garnishes.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering when necessary.
Provide excellent customer service and support the overall guest experience.
Assist in fulfilling other bar-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not required.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid ID.
