Position Overview
We’re looking for an experienced barista who can also bring leadership and management skills to help us grow from the ground up.
If you love crafting espresso drinks, know how to create a smooth workflow behind the bar, and enjoy mentoring others, this is your opportunity to be part of something new and exciting.

Responsibilities
Prepare espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages to standard.
Provide excellent customer service and build genuine connections with guests.
Help with daily operations: opening/closing, cash handling, and inventory.
Assist with training new baristas and setting a positive team culture.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
Contribute ideas to improve menu offerings and workflow as we grow.

Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of barista experience (required).
Prior shift lead or management experience (preferred).
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable, responsible, and passionate about coffee and community.
Flexible availability — weekends and mornings are a plus.
