Position: Bartender (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Schedule: Flexible; evenings and weekends required
Osteria Marzano, a vibrant and upscale Italian restaurant, is looking for an experienced and energetic Bartender to join our team. If you have a passion for craft cocktails, exceptional customer service, and Italian cuisine, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Create and serve high-quality cocktails, wine, and beer with precision and flair
- Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and ensure an outstanding bar experience
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, following all health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory, restock supplies, and assist in developing seasonal drink menus
- Work collaboratively with the team to provide seamless service
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar
- Strong knowledge of classic and craft cocktails, wine, and Italian spirits
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be 21+ years old and have or be willing to obtain necessary certifications
