Open Roles
Shift Manager – Lead the shift, support the GM/RM, keep service smooth and guests happy.
Line Cook – Short-order café menu; work closely with the Kitchen Manager to deliver consistent quality.
Barista – Cashier + espresso + light running; craft drinks and take care of guests at the counter and tables.
Dishwasher – The backbone of the operation; sanitation, dish, and overall café cleanliness.
What You’ll Do
Deliver warm, engaging guest service and a welcoming vibe.
Prep and serve food & beverages to standard (and simple customizations).
Jump in where needed: line, bar, restock, run, clean.
Keep the café clean, safe, and organized; follow all health & sanitation rules.
Help open/close and communicate shift notes, issues, or guest feedback.
Stay calm and solution-focused when surprises pop up.
Support teammates—FOH and BOH—so the whole shop wins.
What You Bring
High school diploma or GED.
1–2 years hospitality or customer service experience (café/restaurant preferred).
6+ months experience in the role you’re applying for (preferred).
Comfortable reading/writing/speaking English.
Ability to follow recipes, make adjustments, and coach others (for leads/managers).
Great communication, attention to detail, and teamwork.
Dependable, punctual, and positive—no job is “not my job.”
ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain).
Pay
$20.00–$23.00 per hour (based on role & experience).
