The Bombay Club is a Washington Institution and part of the Knightsbridge Restaurant Group, serving Indian cuisine located one block from the White House, consistently named one of the best restaurants in Washington, DC, and has been an iconic institution for over thirty-six years and nominated for the best top 50 independent Restaurant 2024 in the country and D.C. The Host/Hostess needs to be able to work in a high-paced environment and learn and understand the concept of the Restaurant to guide our guests in person or on the phone. Must have at least one year’s experience and be familiar with Open Table (reservation system).
Ability to speak clearly and articulately on the phone, providing information and answering questions for callers, while focusing on etiquette and conveying a sense of calm.
What we are asking for:
Must have weekend availability
Two years’ experience in well-reviewed restaurants is preferred
Knowledge of wine and spirits and interest in Indian cuisine, techniques, and ingredients
Hospitality-driven personality and positive attitude, and passion for the hospitality industry.
