Our Team is looking for a Full-Time Pastry Chef Assistant! Are you passionate about the art of baking and eager to take your culinary skills to the next level? Our Club is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Pastry Chef Assistant to join our kitchen team and help create delightful and delectable treats that bring smiles to our members'.
Pastry Chef Assistant Classification: Full-Time, 40-hour week mostly Monday through Friday some Saturday and Sunday are required.

Assist the Pastry Chef in preparing a wide variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods.
Help with measuring, mixing, and baking ingredients according to recipes and quality standards.
Contribute to the development of new recipes and innovative pastry creations.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Previous experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen is preferred, but we welcome passionate newcomers as well.
Basic understanding of pastry techniques, ingredient handling, and baking equipment.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing pastries.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
