We need someone who Loves what they do, who is Passionate about their food and satisfying their customers, who has the Creativity to Design their own nightly specials with a European flair, who can assist the Chef in all aspects of kitchen management and menu design, who has the Drive and Respect to Inspire and Delegate to their team of cooks and dishwashers, who has the Speed and Organizational skills to send out an average of 350 meals a night, who has the Knowledge of Food Cost, Serve Safe and Labor Control, who can direct their team from their heart as well as their head, who is willing to commit to the job and have at least two years experience as a Sous Chef in a upscale casual or fine dining restaurant.
