We pride ourselves on offering a welcoming atmosphere, delicious food, and outstanding service. We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to help lead our Centreville location and contribute to our continued success.
Responsibilities:
Operational Management: Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to company standards.
Staff Leadership: Supervise, train, and support staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, place orders, and minimize waste to maintain cost control.
Scheduling: Assist with creating and managing staff schedules to ensure proper coverage during all shifts.
Financial Responsibilities: Help oversee daily cash handling, sales reporting, and adherence to budget goals.
Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure all team members follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Marketing and Promotions: Support promotional activities and events to drive customer engagement and sales.
Problem Solving: Address operational issues promptly and effectively, escalating to the General Manager when necessary.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles (at least 2 years preferred).
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Passion for food and hospitality, with a strong interest in fusion cuisine.
