We have two positions available, one immediately and the other in 10 days or so. Both are full time positions that offer flexible scheduling either 5 shifts @8hrs each or 4 shifts @10 hrs each. All full time positions will include either a Saturday or Sunday shift if you are considering us. What are we looking for? Preferably bilingual Spanish and English but not necessary for the job. Most of us here speak both English and Spanish. Experience in either food prep or customer service as well as references that can be verified are a must. We have great food and an amazing customer base and the best staff! Our employees stay for years and years, they have their kids and friends apply too. For the first time in a while we have to go out of our close network to find what we need. We don't have a person that is just a cashier or stock person, everyone does a bit of everything. All of our full-time employees are making $20 plus/hr and the opportunity to earn more is available to anyone willing to take on more responsibility. Very happy to pay you what you are worth here! Performance and Attitude based bonuses are distributed more months than not. We also pay for an outward mindset seminar for all of our new full-time employees after their first month.
