We are seeking Kitchen Supervisors to lead our kitchen team and work with our operations team to maintain cleanliness and the highest quality standards. In this role, you must lead the staff by example, making sure that proper procedures, time management and food handling processes are followed. The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing staff, should have a passion for food preparation, and should be highly self-motivated.
Responsibilities:
Maintain company standards in food quality, consistency, and cleanliness
Supervise all kitchen staff
Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and discipline of staff
Ensure all kitchen equipment is in good working order
Work throughout kitchen as needed
Assist with weekly scheduling
Assist with food, supply, chemical, and beverage ordering
Absolute knowledge of menu item preparation
Manage product rotation, and food waste
