Your Role:
As a Server, you’ll play an essential part in ensuring a positive dining experience for every guest. Your responsibilities will include:
-Greeting guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
-Taking and serving orders accurately and efficiently.
-Sharing your knowledge of our menu, craft beer, and wine offerings to make recommendations and answer guest questions.
-Pouring and serving beer and wine to our high standards (no liquor or cocktails).
-Maintaining a clean and organized dining and bar area.
-Your passion for great service, attention to detail, and teamwork will help create memorable experiences for our guests.
Training Requirement:
All new hires will begin with 1 week of training as a cashier to familiarize themselves with our menu, operations, and customer service standards.
