We are seeking self-driven, motivated, and friendly servers who enjoy making others feel welcome and special.
Main Duties:
Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
Guide guests through the ordering and payment process.
Complete all assigned opening, running, closing duties and side work.
Take orders from customers for food and beverages following all steps of service guidelines.
Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
Upsell by being proactive with suggestive selling, prompt service, and alerting guests of specials.
Maintain a clean workspace, adhering to food safety sanitation and safety guidelines.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
Show up on time.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Server or bartender in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Knowledge of POS systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
