WE ARE HIRING SERVERS, HOSTS, AND BUSSERS One of Old Town Alexandria's iconic restaurants is seeking experienced, upbeat, and dependable team players. Joe Theismann's Restaurant serves a menu of hearty, classic and creative American favorites- unique in character and difficult to categorize. It melds the diverse venues of fine dining, neighborhood gathering place and energetic sports viewing. Located at the west end of Old Town, directly across from the King Street Metro station.
We are actively seeking experienced Hosts, Servers and Bussers that enjoy a fast paced work environment and genuinely love to be around people. At Theismann's we have a passion for food, wine, cocktails and great guest service. There is an extremely high standard of professionalism and work ethic in our restaurant but the hard work that our team puts in is rewarded with a healthy and respectful work environment as well as great compensation.

An intensive training program with our expert trainers will teach you what you need to know and help you maximize your potential for great shifts.

BUSSERS- be a server in training, with the potential to earn great money. You will start by responding to guest requests, delivering food to tables, supporting the service staff, and watching over tables, bar, and server stations during shifts -- it's a great way to learn the business.
