Responsibilities:
Sushi preparation and assembly
Ensure the freshness and quality of all sushi ingredients and adhere to food safety regulations.
Assemble sushi plates and ensure they are visually appealing and well-presented.
Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude, providing a welcoming and engaging dining experience.
Answer customer inquiries, provide recommendations, and offer assistance with menu selection.
Monitor and refill the sushi conveyor belt with fresh sushi plates regularly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the conveyor belt area, including utensils, plates, and condiments.
Perform regular cleaning tasks, such as sanitizing workstations, cutting boards, and knives.
Requirements:
Previous experience working in a sushi restaurant (around 10+ years, but not required)
A passion for sushi and a good understanding of sushi types, ingredients, and presentation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide exceptional customer service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,000.00 per week
Expected hours: 50 – 60 per week
Shift:
Sunday-Thursday 10AM-10PM
Friday-Saturday 11AM-11PM
