Join Expat Hospitality and Tim Ma at Hilltop Tap Room at Georgetown University. Hilltop is looking for a Sous Chef to join the team. Hilltop is located on campus in the student center.
Roles and responsibilities of Sous Chef:
- Responsible for supervising and supporting the culinary team, team member training, and supervising the preparation of all food items
- Responsible for accurate production of menu items to specifications
- Maintains adequate par levels of a variety of menu components
- Supervise and participates in cooking during service periods
- Communicate efficiently with co-workers, guests, and executive management.
- Schedule culinary team members according to business levels
- Ordering, inventory, and responsible for overall food costs
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to write new recipes for new menu items, and
adjust existing recipes where necessary
