Microsoft’s Azure, Dynamics, Office 365 and AI are being adopted by the Federal, State and Local Governments. Dynamics Edge is seeking a Business Development/Capture Manager to capture business opportunities in support of our Microsoft Enterprise Government practice.

Dynamics 365, Azure, Government Cloud, JEDI, DoD Segment are new will start seeing projects. The current Coronavirus will accelerate the buying cycle.

In this opportunity, you will align with Microsoft Public Sector team serving the Public Sector and research, find and capture new business.

This position is located at our Reston, VA office. The territory is Federal and State Government accounts.

Responsibilities:

Conducts business development activities to identify and qualify new business opportunities in compliance with capture management processes, proposal guides and assigned goals.

Develops and maintains Cyber and IT opportunity pipeline.

Conducts capture management, proposal support, proposal reviews, and marketing.

Develops innovative approaches for solving customer cybersecurity and information technology contractual requirements.

Conducts research and organizes information in short, coherent fashion.

Prepares and presents briefs on business development status and capture activities to senior leadership.

Proposal writing / management

Performs customer relationship management and account management.

Develops growth strategy objectives and action plans.

Minimum Education And Years Experience

Bachelor's degree.

Five (5) years of related experience.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience in DOD and Federal marketplace conducting business development, capture, and proposal writing and management.

Experience in developing Cyber and IT solutions for presentation to potential customers.

Experience developing and executing opportunity pipeline.

Success in winning repeat and new business.

Ability to take complex processes and concepts and present them in a simple and understandable manner.

Proficiency in conducting complex Internet searches for business opportunities.

Strong research and analytical skills.

Proficiency required in Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong written, oral and communication skills in order to articulate complex issues simply and concisely.
