We are looking for a reliable, compassionate, and experienced caregiver to support a 23-year-old man in Alexandria.
Schedule:
Monday & Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Tuesday – Thursday: 12:00pm – 6:00pm
About the Role:
The caregiver will provide hands-on assistance and close supervision with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, toileting, meals, and mobility. The client enjoys being active — daily gym visits, outings to the trampoline park, and grocery shopping — so candidates must be comfortable providing transportation and engaging with him in the community.
This position requires a caregiver who is attentive, interactive, and safety-focused. The client needs continuous support and redirection, both at home and while out in the community.
Requirements:
-3+ years of professional caregiving experience. Must have PCA certificate, at minimum.
-Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and ability to transport client
-Comfortable providing physical assistance with ADLs and mobility
-Patient, engaging, and safety-minded
Compensation:
$15/hour + additional generous stipend for transportation.
