POSITIONS AVAILABLE:
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Job Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
Observe and report changes in client conditions to the supervising nurse or care coordinator.
Follow a personalized care plan designed to meet the needs of each client.
Requirements:
Active CNA certification in Virginia.
Experience in home care, senior care, or a healthcare facility is a plus.
Must be compassionate, reliable, and professional.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
Registered Nurse (RN)
Job Responsibilities:
Perform initial and ongoing nursing assessments for home care clients.
Develop, implement, and update personalized care plans based on client needs.
Ensure that all care provided complies with state regulations and company policies.
Supervise caregivers and CNAs, providing guidance and oversight as needed.
Work closely with clients, families, and the care team to provide the best possible care experience.
Requirements:
Active RN license in Virginia
Experience in home care, geriatrics, or community health preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must have reliable transportation to visit clients.
