Experienced Dental Assistant (Bilingual – English/Spanish)
Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during a wide range of dental procedures
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to OSHA and office protocols
Take digital X-rays and impressions as needed
Provide clear communication and excellent patient care in both English and Spanish
Update patient charts and maintain accurate records
Educate patients on oral hygiene and postoperative instructions
Manage inventory and ensure operatory readiness
Support front-office tasks when needed (scheduling, phone calls, translation)
Qualifications
Minimum 1–2 years of dental assisting experience required
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Current Dental Assistant certification (if required by state)
X-ray certification preferred
Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and infection control standards
Experience with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) is a plus
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
