We are looking for a permanent FT Associate Dentist.
Salary: Competitive based upon experience (base pay and/or % production/collection)
Position Description: Looking for highly- motivated dentist with only the highest of professional and ethical standards. Able to communicate and build lasting relationship with patients.
Job Responsibility: Provide high quality oral health care, which includes all phases of dentistry for a GP: extractions, root canals and implant restorations and ideally place implants
Provide age appropriate care to all groups from infant to geriatric
Inform patients about their treatment plan; including risks and benefits of the proposed treatments, alternative options when appropriate, and the risks of not doing the recommended treatments
Educate patient about their oral health and proper oral hygiene technigques
Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
Ensure infection control, OSHA and HIPAA compliance is practiced without exception
Achieve high patient satisfaction by offering professional and friendly service
Comply with office policies and procedures
Assist with other duties as needed
Qualifications:
Have a current dental license in VA and DEA in good standing
Knowledge of OSHA, HIPAA and infection control substances
Current BCLS certification
Strong customer service skills
Enthusiastic, positive attitude & passionate
Advanced communication skills
Self-directed; ability to direct and manage tasks, and treat patients independently when necessary
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a busy setting
Electronic health record literate
Work location: Chantilly, VA
Working Days: Monday-Friday (optional Saturdays)
Clinical Setting: General Dentistry
Work Hours: 8 AM-5 PM (1 hour lunch break between 1 PM-2 PM)
