Our growing dental practice is looking for the right person to join our team. The ideal candidate has at least one year experience in the dental field. Most importantly, this person is a high-energy, quick learner who is eager to deliver top quality care to all of our patients. Strong communication and customer service skills are a must!
Hours : Monday-Thursday 8am to 5pm with one hour break for lunch
Responsibilities include:
o Answer Phones
o Build and Maintain Schedule
o Recall and Patient Follow Up
o Patient Check-in and Check-out
o Insurance Processing and Posting
o Insurance Benefit Verification
o Manage Patient Experience
