What You'll Be Doing:
- Greet patients and manage appointments with warmth and efficiency
- Present treatment plans confidently and clearly
- Keep the front office running smoothly and fully stocked
- Verify insurance, confirm appointments, and follow up with patients post-treatment
- Pitch in with a variety of tasks to help keep things flowing
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years experience in a dental front desk or patient care role (this is a must)
- Strong organizational skills and top-tier customer service
- Confidence in discussing treatment plans (Curve software experience is a big plus!)
- A friendly personality with a sense of humor, we love people who can make others smile
