OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
-Has a desire to grow and learn
-Has a current dental hygiene license in Virginia and an experienced skillset that sets them apart as a gentle, conscientious provider.
-Has an upbeat and friendly personality
-Enjoys conversations and knows how to lead a patient to optimal dental health
-Is ready to grow our 2 day/week hygiene position into a lifelong, life changing career
-Is open, honest and communicates well, with a desire to help out to make the day flow smoothly for the whole team
JOB STRUCTURE
-Hours: 2 days a week | We're open Monday-Thursday 8:00-4:30 with morning huddle at 7:45 AM, clock in between 7:30-7:40.
-Benefits after 90 days: Free dental care and Botox minus lab fees and Botox material fees, 1 week paid time off, 7 paid holidays off
-Provided: Scrub jackets and office swag, monthly lunch meetings, quarterly team training, team bonding events
-Procedures include: Botox, Whitening, Invisalign, Bioclear, Composite and Porcelain Veneers, Laser Dentistry, Tooth Gems
