Dental Hygienist
$55 - $63 per hour
Schedule: 2 days/week, Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:30 pm, NO WEEKENDS
Location: Arlington, Virginia

Key Responsibilities:
Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and polishing procedures
Take and develop digital X-rays
Co-diagnose emergency patients and maximize chair time
Follow and understand office protocols for clinical management and scheduling
Educate patients on oral hygiene and treatment plans
Meet production goals while delivering excellent patient care
Manage time efficiently and provide clinical direction
Requirements:
Active Virginia Dental Hygiene License
Local anesthesia license
CPR certification
Strong communication skills and positive, professional attitude
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Team player committed to practice success
Preferred:
2+ years experience
Orix software experience
