We are an orthodontic practice looking for a sterilization technician to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position is a team player with excellent attention to details, good communication skills, ability to multitask and highly organized. Among the main responsibilities are:
- Perform the reprocessing of dental instruments and equipment following the protocols and guidelines
- Keep sterilization area organized and monitored
- Document all processes adequately and on-time according to guidelines
- Assist dental team with chairside tasks as needed
- Other administrative tasks may be assigned as needed
Previous experience as sterilization technician or similar role is preferred but not required, we are willing to train you.
Certificates in infection control and an X-ray license, a plus.
Knowledge of Ortho Edge is a plus.
Living in proximity to the office is preferred.
