We’re looking for a Front Desk Assistant to be the warm, welcoming face of our office. As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience every time someone walks through our doors—or calls on the phone.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Greeting patients with a smile and making them feel at home
Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing the daily flow of the front desk
Checking patients in and out with efficiency and care
Supporting the team with light administrative tasks
Creating a calm, organized, and welcoming atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors
