Full-Time RN Nurse Supervisor (Non-Medical)

Premium Care USA (PCUSA) is currently looking for a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Supervisor to join its dynamic team! This is a long-term, permanent position for the right candidate. Experience in this specific role is not required but any potential hire must be teachable and a fast learner.

Primary responsibilities include, but not limited to, performing new client admissions, re-assessments, resumption of care visits, face-to-face supervisory visits as scheduled, conducting health education activities, reviewing the Plan of Care with the client/family and the personal care aide or companion staff, supervising LPNs, creating and submitting service authorizations, collaborating with insurance care coordinators and support coordinators, and communicating issues promptly to the office for a quick resolution. Other essential duties and tasks will be discussed during the interview.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Active, unencumbered RN license in Virginia or multi-compact state

Active professional liability insurance with appropriate coverage

Valid, unexpired driver’s license

Authorization to work in the United States

Negative PPD test or negative chest X-Ray if PPD was positive

Active Basic Life Support Certificate or higher

Other Important Job Requirements:

Good command of the English language, written and spoken (bilingual a plus!)

Proficiency with the use of relevant technology and software

Experience with Microsoft Office and Google apps

Ability to prioritize tasks with considerable efficiency

Excellent customer service skills

A criminal background check will be conducted once a conditional job offer is given. Company car must be used for the visits. iPhone and iPad/laptop are provided for business use.
