Position Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled General Dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care, excellent clinical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive dental care, including routine check-ups, cleanings, and fillings.
- Perform advanced procedures such as crowns, dentures, and other prosthetic treatments.
- Diagnose and treat oral health conditions with a focus on patient comfort and satisfaction.
- Demonstrate empathy and understanding in all patient interactions.
- Educate patients on oral health and preventative care.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Active VA dental license in good standing.
- Proficiency in performing crowns, dentures, and other prosthetic dental procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to show genuine empathy towards patients.
- Experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
