Dear Dentists,
I am looking for a novice general dentist to bring to my office to do fillings, restorative, srp, and normal prophy cleanings for our patients.
I can offer guaranteed daily salary of $500 per day if you stay full days until 5pm and also are willing to do some xrays and exams yourself for the end of the day if its very slow on those days.
It will take a while to build up your schedule.
If you prefer to go home early when the schedule is light then we can accomidate that type of scheduling protocol but we would pay you only 30% of collections with zero guaranteed per diem salary for those days.
The days we are looking for are Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays to start (could be 2 Saturdays per month). We will add more days as your patient base grows after about 6 months of working in this manner.
If you want mentorship then I can also offer that. I am well versed in all the most complicated procedures including molar retreatment with post removal, complete bony wisdom teeth impactions, coronectomy surgeries, apicoectomy surgeries, free hand and immediate implant placement with complicated bone grafting using titanium mesh membrane, flap SRP with pocket elimination surgery, full arch dental implants with full arch implant supported dentures and full arch implant supported bridges, etc.
I will offer you the most amazing mentorship you could ever imagine where I train you to do root canals, extractions, bone grafting, implants, ceramic veneers, long span bridges etc. I need you to do prophy cleanings, SRPs and filling cases for us and in exchange I will offer you (1) guaranteed daily salary, (2) restorative cases with production potential, and (3) the most amazing mentorship for you to learn these complicated procedures with me there to take over any case you can not finish.
If you ever damage a tooth I will simply give the patient a free dental implant to fix the problem for you. If you are interested call me on my cell phone to discuss.
