● Role Description: Customer Service Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist at CHC located in Gaithersburg, MD. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support in navigating their health insurance needs.

Responsibilities include:

● Educating and advising clients on health insurance options

● Verifying client Information

● Providing outstanding customer service to resolve inquiries and concerns

Qualifications:

● Customer support, satisfaction, and service skills

● Experience in health insurance sales or customer service preferred but not required (training provided)

● Possession of a 2-40 or 2-15 license is a plus, though not required (training and certification provided)

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills

● Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

● Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Compensation:

● Commission Based

● Bonus Opportunities

● Weekly Pay Schedule, Full-time position

● Pay is based on experience and starts at $15 per hour.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday 9:30 AM - 6 PM EST, with occasional weekend availability
