We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide essential care and support to our clients. As a PCA, you will assist individuals with daily tasks to enhance their quality of life while promoting their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
Support clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
Prepare and serve meals while adhering to dietary guidelines.
Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Monitor and report changes in clients’ physical or mental condition to supervisors.
Adhere to care plans and follow company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in caregiving or as a Personal Care Assistant is preferred.
Compassionate, reliable, and patient demeanor.
Ability to lift and move clients as needed.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must pass a background check and provide professional references.
Certification as a PCA, CNA, or HHA is a plus but not required.
Pay and Benefits
Competitive pay: $20 - $21 per hour.
