Seeking a certified caregiver for private duty in NW Washington DC
Job requirements:
- Ability to demonstrate responsibility, dependability, flexibility and a cheerful attitude.
- Valid CNA or PCA or HHA license.
- Must have a minimum of 6 months experience.
- Must have proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Current First Aid & CPR.
- Clean driving record with proof of valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Ability to provide 2 professional references.
Main responsibilities:
- Provide private duty services to disabled youth (and, as needed, siblings).
- Responsible for assisting clients with activities of daily living in a safe manner.
- Assist with food preparation and feeding, transporting client to/from appointments and school, administering medication, errands, light housekeeping, laundry and washing dishes.
- Maintain client confidentiality
