CAREGIVER QUALITIES:
- Female
- Kind & Good
- Fluent English Speaking
- Driving (additional, not a must)
- Highly Experienced
- The caregiver should have the bellow certifications:
- CPR/First Aid (Must) -
- CNA or Med tech is accepted Personal care certificate
- Other qualifications (Added Advantage)
CASE DETAILS:
- 84 Hours Per Week (POS)
- 12 Hours Per Day
- Case is Divided into 2 shifts, Since the client works
Monday to Friday
- Shift 1: 05:00 AM to 11:00 AM (6 Hours)
- Shift 2: 05:00 PM to 11:00 PM (6 Hours)
Saturday & Sunday
- Shift 1: 07:00 AM to 01:00 PM (6 Hours)
- Shift 2: 05:00 PM to 11:00 PM (6 Hours)
- The care giver can choose to work only 1 shift, So 2 caregiver can cover the 2 shifts, Or The caregiver can Opt to work for Specific Days, So 2 caregivers can work for the whole week
- But also a caregiver can opt to work the whole job.
COMPENSATION:
- Rate is $16 per Hour
- Payroll is after every 2 weeks.
- If caregiver only works 1 shift, The caregiver will make:
- $672 a Week
- $1,344 in 2 Weeks (Payroll Period)
- If caregiver works 1 shift, The caregiver will make:
- $1,344 a Week
- $2,688 in 2 Weeks (Payroll Period)
CLIENT DETAILS:
- The client uses a wheelchair.
- The client requires assistance for the bellow:
- Getting out of bed to the wheelchair, And from the wheelchair to the bed. (The client supports herself during this transfers, there is no Hoyer Lift, I've been with the client myself this movements are not hard because the client supports herself using her hands)
- Taking a Bath, She has a special chair for this
- Changing Brief (Diaper)
- Administering a suppository
- Housekeeping (Cleaning the apartment, Bathroom, Dishes, Laundry and etc)
- Preparing Food (Added Advantage)
- Others (The above are the key items)
- The client drives, Her car has special tools that enable her to be able to drive.
- The client goes to work, This makes here schedule to have 2 shifts.
NOTE: THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT
The client appreciates an aide who listens more and talks less A person needed for this position is someone who is settled, does not get angry easily, professional (never argue with the client) and very caring. Because it’s the situation the client has sometimes causes the client to be angry and shout. It is not personal, So someone who can bear with that is the person we need for this position. Someone who can work with all her heart and not for the money, the client needs caring and someone to be a friend.
