Isada Healthcare Services Inc. is looking for a few good LPN's, with a positive outlook and a ready-to-work attitude. An Isada nurse is an energetic team player with a desire to be part of a high-performing team. He/she is excellent with attendance, punctual, and has a strong work ethic. The work schedule are both overnight, available for immediate occupancy.
Nurses are needed to care for Clients in their own homes. You will work under the supervision of a registered nurse and doctor. The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing diverse basic care to the Patient while remaining patient and professional. They're a number of different shifts available, making it easy for you to find the shift/schedule that best suits you.
Responsibilities:
Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients
Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
Maintain accurate patient medical records
Trach Care (will provide training)
Vent Care (will provide training)
G-Tube Care (will provide training)
Qualifications:
LPN or RN License in the State Of Virginia
Updated CPR & PPD
Ability to build rapport with patients
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
